Viv O’Connor-Jemmett

Viv O’Connor-Jemmett is a partner at Penta. With 15 years’ experience in online reputation management, Viv has held senior roles at several global advisory firms, advising FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, public and private sector organisations, governments, and high-profile individuals on managing their online profiles. He provides this unique and innovative experience to Penta clients, enabling them to establish, enhance, and protect their respective search engine profiles and control the online narrative.

Prior to joining Penta, Viv served as senior director at FTI Consulting, where he devised strategies to address complex reputational issues for his clients online, enabling boards and leaders of global organizations to mitigate risk and communicate core narratives to their stakeholders through search engine visibility. From 2014 to 2016, Viv served as head of digital at Hanover Communications, providing corporate digital advice to leaders in the public and private sectors, and executing complex digital strategies for the European Commission and other high-level government divisions.

In the years following the global financial crisis, Viv was head of ORM at Bell Pottinger, advising banking and corporate clients on managing their online reputations during a period of intense media scrutiny and public backlash.

A UK native, Viv studied English Literature at Loughborough University, England. Viv lives in Dublin, Ireland, with his wife and son.
